Gather the magic of this holiday season around you, and let’s do something good.

Please click HERE (scroll to the bottom) to find out my rules and expectations.

And good luck to everyone!

  3. KARMA IS A LESSON ALL NEED TO FOLLOW.
PLANTING SEEDS. WEATHER THEY ARE IN DEED OR WORD WILL REAP WHAT IS PLANTED.
I HAVE A STRICKLY ONLINE MINISTRY. I DO NOT ASK FOR DONATION. MY SITE IS DEDICATED TO HELPING PEOPLE DEVELOPE A RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS. AND A SITE WHERE PEOPLE CAN ASK FOR PRAYER. MOST ASK PRIVATELY.
IF I WON THE ITEM WOULD BE USED TO BRING PRAYER, HOPE AND CARING TO OTHERS

  4. I would use the laptop as an update to my system so I could continue my creation of products Zazzle (my gallery is located at http://www.zazzle.com/bkang22* ). I donate all (100%) of my proceeds to two charities. One is March of Dimes in memory of my grandson who was born at 26 weeks and did not survive and the second charity is for lung cancer research as my Uncle is currently battling this horrid disease. The other computer and printer I would donate to my husband to either use at his school (Pontiac Northern) or for him to give it to one of his students who probably don’t have one at home but could use it to help them continue their education. I can’t say my causes are more worthwhile than anyone else is because any cause that helps is a good cause.

I would use the laptop for myself to bring awareness of breast cancer to others. My sister has survived 3 breast operations and now is in remission. The other computer I would donate to the local women’s shelter for those who are trying to get a new start in the workplace and society. I donate to the shelter on a regular basis, clothing, free samples, etc. Women are the backbone of our country and we must do all we can to uplift those that are down. Thanks for such a great contest. The power of giving is infinite.

What a great give away, and such a great mission. I would give the whole collection with the exception of the laptop to Multiple Choices Center for Independent Living for their micro enterprise program. That program is helping individuals with disabilities learn to operate their own business. With the national unemployment rate among people with disabilities exceding 80% the path to independence for people with disabilities is very difficult.

  7. Sarah Cary

I would like to add an entry for my sister to start her new business. She is a single mother of a child inflicted with Landau Kleffner disease. The disease is rare and the medical expenses are enormous. She is currently unemployed in Michigan and the prospect of finding a new job is bleak. She lost her job as an advocate for parents of disabled children due to lost State funding. She is very committed to helping others in her situation and is very knowledgable in the field of advocating for children. She has begun advocating on her own and in fact is helping a young girl whose child has Cerebral Palsy already. As I said, she is without income and could really use a leg up so she can begin helping others with the challenges of raising a disabled child. I am very proud to be her sister and think this would be a wonderful way for me to express my admiration for her and her cause.

Thank you for putting your contest page in English and Spanish. The World has so many Spanish speaking people – who can not read or write in English. My disabled but wonderful wife of more than 38 years has been wanting a Laptop and she needs a new computer and accessories – she doesn’t even have speakers on the computer she has not – has to guess what the message is when it is spoken. Thank you for much for this great contest and prizes!

I would use the computer to educate people about fighting cancer. My friend was recently diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor which they are treating with chemo and radiation. When I finally open my ETSY shop I hope to donate a portion of the proceeds to The American Cancer Society, Missing and Exploited Children, and Amnesty International

I would keep the old computer (the one I am using now) and give the other one to my daughter. She really has been wanting her own.

  10. Tania W

My Aunt had breast cancer which has now moved into her lymph nodes under her armpits. She’s going through horrible things, but I would love to use all the prizes to write and publish a step by step accounting of her experience and what the family goes through. I would like to be able to donate some of the proceeds to the Komen foundation. I would also like to start an online support group for child with parents of this disease.

I have one stepson struggling to go to college after his father stopped all support and even birthday cards 9 years ago, another stepson in high school and trying to get the grades to qualify for a scholarship and a daughter excelling in the 3d grade but no home computer to help. They would all benefit.

  12. Morgan

I would love to have any of these! I am a student and everyone knows you need a computer and we are all broke! This would be an amazing christmas gift! Thank you!

sent in my entry , I too believe in good karma, goodluck to all

  14. Lisa Naglowsky

I would donate these items to my Church. So they can use them for the youth group.

  15. First of all, what a wonderful concept for you to get out to the world. I, too, believe in karma. As a recent convert after a trip to a retreat with a good friend who has changed career paths and has become a life coach, she has educated me on karma, et ux.
That being said, I would use the laptop to pass it forward, random acts of kindness, and how it affects your health positively.

Thanks for the opp to enter this wonderful giveaway. Wishing you health and peace.

I would love to get my daughter a computer for a graduation present. She has so much ambition that I would hate to see the lack of resourses hold her back.

  18. brittany danford

I think that these are wonderful prizes. I am wanting to start college again at the start of next year. I want to be a Event Corrdinator. I would need to take online classes because I already work 2 jobs. The laptop would enable me to do the work required to get my degree and start my career, as well as, find hospitals and charities to voulenteer my time to help them plan their events. Thank you for the chance to win!

I too believe in Karma! I am the co-coordinator of the Appalachian Helping Hands clothes closet located on the top floor of the old St. James School now the St. James Community Center in Greeneville, TN. We have been a ministry that gives a helping hand to anyone needing a helping hand since February of 2004. Everything is donated and everything is free! We are now serving over 1,oo0 families. With the economy as it is, we are seeing more and more people needing help. AHH provides donated clothing, household items, furniture, toiletries, cleaning supplies, diapers etc. We have a room with beautiful new and previously owned evening gowns for proms, weddings etc. At Easter local youth assemble Easter Baskets and health kits. During November and December we have a Christmas Room with free presents, wrapping paper, decorations, holiday clothing and toys. Local adult clubs help provide school supplies and backpacks for the youth at AHH. This ministry is meant to be! If a young Mother comes in needing a car seat the next person who comes in to donate brings a car seat. This has happend so many times! Typical Americans go to the Mall to shop and eat in the Food Court. Those with no money come to AHH and get free drinks and snacks from our refreshment table after “shopping” for clothes and household supplies in a caring, supporting environment. We can all share and extend a helping hand to those in need! Thanks!

I just adopted a little girl that was abused very badly and i am a small busniess owner with a handicapped wife who was the president of our local area MADD (Mothers Against Drug Driving) for many years after he daughter was hit and killed by a drunk driver and times are tough i would really enjoy being able to make my families Christmas present a new computer. I just appreciate people trying to help other people. Thank you so much and if we don’t get the computer i know whomever does will indeed be blessed.

  21. Billie Cannon

Please consider the devry u online class

  22. Crystal Shamma

I also believe that if you give you will get…..recently my best friend was hit by a drunk driver while walking down the road(which i was there to witness) she has spent 6 months in the hospital now and has no use of her legs. Both of us had spent our days riding our horses. Due to this event there is a slim chance she will ride ever again. So I had decided to go back to school, and major in PT. with horses. So that maybe on day she can ride. I’m in desperate need of school supplies. These things would help me along my path.

  23. Normand Francois

    Hp has the best Computers!!!!!!!

  24. belinda washington

My children would love an HP. I do not have the money to purchase one. This would be a great christmas present

  25. michelle grinder

I would love to win this for one reason. I would like for my eighty one year old mom, who was just forced to retire at the age of eighty, because of injury, to be able to have a link to the outside world. All of her life she has done for others. She was a real estate broker who did what it took to see someone get in a house, even if it meant she didn’t get a comission. Now, she is housebound because she cannot drive and I think a computer would be great for her to have to have some kind of connection to her family etc.

You are a Christmas Angel. As you know with the recession many school budgets are being cut to the bone. This would be a wonderful gift to the local school district to give the students a leg up in life.
